Clara E Cho, PhD is an Assistant Professor in Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Sciences at Utah State University. Our research focuses on obesity, metabolic syndrome and determinants of chronic diseases. We use animal models and human studies to answer questions from genetic, epigenetic, physiologic, metabolic and microbiome perspectives.
