Clara E Cho, PhD is an Assistant Professor in Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Sciences at Utah State University. Our research focuses on methyl nutrients and one-carbon metabolism as determinants of chronic disease risk including obesity, metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular disease. We use animal models and human studies to answer questions from genetic, epigenetic, physiologic, metabolic and microbiome perspectives.
